These Terms and Conditions Betmarket Applies to the use of the platform (betmarket.biz) and all its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions.

Rules for Withdrawing Winnings:

• With Mobile Pay and Nagad, it typically takes 15–30 minutes is processed.
• Up to a maximum of for bank transfers 24 hours may be required.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or limited if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to registered payment methods.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. You may withdraw your original deposit before completing the requirements — but doing so will forfeit the bonus.

In the case of suspicious transactions, Betmarket May temporarily hold withdrawals and request additional verification.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a cashout option is available.
• Betting odds may change at any time. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded — though this may vary depending on the specific market.
• Multiple bets on a single event are allowed, but placing contradictory bets on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• If a bet is lost due to a connection issue during live betting Betmarket will not be held liable.

Maximum bet amounts and maximum winning limits may vary by market and event. The right is reserved to adjust a user's betting limits in specific circumstances. Betmarket retains.

Betmarket's bonus and promotional offer terms:

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements (typically 5x–30x). The terms are clearly stated on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only and can be claimed once per account.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time — unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• If you withdraw only the original deposit without meeting the wagering requirements, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically forfeited.
• The bonus will not apply if the promotional code is not verified.

2. Creating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
3. Arbitrage betting or attempting to exploit the system.
4. Placing bets using bots or automated software.

7. Attempting to hack, introduce viruses, or spread malware on the platform.
8. Harassing our support team or other users.

Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action if necessary.

Betmarket may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If you breach these Terms and Conditions.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

You can close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Please withdraw your balance before requesting account closure.

A monthly fee applies to inactive accounts ৳100 A maintenance fee may apply. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
